Curriculum & Performance Based Instruction

Benchmarks

Our curriculum is sequential with nine levels of accomplishment from beginner to performer. Our approach incorporates movement principals and skills from Pilates, Dance, Gymnastics, Yoga, and Feldenkrais. It has been effective in bringing success to all skill levels, and to all participants regardless of previous acrobatic experience.

Level 1 & 2 Beginner: Climbing, single and double foot locks, and elegant poses
Level 3 & 4 Intermediate: routine development incorporating more complex locks, poses
and simple drops.
Level 5 to 8 Advanced: Refinement of skills and routine development incorporating advanced wraps, trick combinations, and drops.

Aerial Dancing Classes Introduction

Intro to Aerial Arts is your chance to learn the basics on aerial silks, hoop, and hammock. This is a one-time class designed to give you a taste of the fun, flexibility, and fitness you will experience in our ongoing classes.

Payment due at the beginning of class or month. Please bring only cash or checks to classes for payment, or you can pay online here, if paying online PayPal processing fee will be added. Please be prepared to provide health insurance, list any prexisting conditions we should know about, and sign a Waiver for our insurance company
