Aerial Fabric Conditioning DVD Volume 1 - $15
DVD is instructional quality and designed to be done at home with no
special equipment. Exercises improve strength, flexibility, and muscle
awareness specifically for working on the fabric. Doing the exercises twice
a week will increase success on the fabric.

Focus on spine mobility and stability using a variety of movements, strength
and flexibility for specific trick combinations for beginning intermediate and
intermediate advanced levels of ability on the fabric. All conditioning is
designed to do at home, no special equipment for more success on the fabric.
Clinic and Private Instruction DVD - $15
We have developed these DVDs for those attending the fabric and hoop clinics and
for those who have private instruction on either the hoop or fabric. DVDs are
instructional quality and are meant to provide a reference for students so they
can review what they were taught and do not need to take notes during the clinic or private.
